EXG offers its lawyers a progressive fee sharing arrangement, so the more you bill and collect, the greater your earnings.
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
EXG employs a central office "Hub Team" to support all of our lawyers, wherever they are located. The Hub Team provides support for accounting, billing and collection, reception, paralegal services, project management and technical support.
HOT DESKS AND BOARDROOMS
For those times when our lawyers need to meet with clients or with members of our Hub Team, EXG provides office space and boardrooms.
