Clark is the founder of EXG Legal. ​Clark’s law practice focuses on matters from family business to complex corporate structuring and commercial work, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate finance, and bespoke commercial contracts across a variety of industries and borders. Clark has advised national and multi-national corporations, ‘big oil’, and takes pride in bringing that same commitment to family-owned and operated businesses. Clark has transactional experience ranging from billion-dollar asset dispositions to corporate reorganizations for small business owners and family companies.
